First day of school

We decided to take picture on our first day of school too. We also decided to start school on the first day public school started. We felt it would take some time to get in the swing of things and this gave us a little more time to do that. Next year we will probably start after labor day like most homeschoolers do.

We took the plunge...

Well, we have decided to home school Victoria again this year. After spending 1st grade in public school we have decided we feel better about having her home with us. Stay tuned for some of our adventures.

Another Move

Well, it is official. We have now moved again. We are in a single family home with a yard on a quiet street. We are really liking it. The house was built in 1953 and still has some of the charm. It has gorgeous wood floors and lots of windows on the south side of the house. I love it! I will post a video tour as soon as we get things set up. This will be my seventh move since we were married, eight years ago. We are hoping to be in this house for a while, with a possibility of buying it in the future. We will see, I have to have my dad inspect it first. :)

Amazing...

The first with every child are so fun. We had a first tonight. P said a prayer all on his own for family prayer tonight. We couldn't be prouder. He was sure proud of himself also. He was beaming from ear to ear. Oh how we love that little man!
