Big Update

Well, I have a little catching up to do. I can't believe it is March already! Time really flies the older you get.

This is the best! V has so much fun working out with daddy when he does his video. She is pretty good at it too!

V's favorite thing to play since Christmas has been Mary with her baby "Little Lord Jesus". She even told my doctor that she wanted to name her baby brother "Little Lord Jesus". She is a so cute!

R and V got to go on another daddy daughter date in February. The weather has been nice off and on so they were even able to go on the temple grounds and in the cemetery. I love this first picture of the two of them. They have so much fun together!
This one makes me smile! R says that V posed for him with her legs crossed and all!
V loves to take pictures. These bottom two were taken by her. She is getting pretty good!

We even made it to the zoo with V's friend E. They have so much fun together! The animals were fun this time too, a lot of them were walking around and busy.

I have been so impressed with V's artwork lately! She makes some of the most amazing people and creations. I love to watch her work. She is so intent on what she is doing. She has come up with some new ones lately that I will have to share another time.

Her other new love is taking pictures. She wanted to take pictures of the things in the house the other day. I think she did an awesome job! It is fun to see things from her perspective.

M.I.A.

I have been gone for a while. A lot has happened the last couple weeks. R went out of town to a conference for the planning commision. He was gone Tuesday through Friday. I decided I wanted to go to the scrapbooking night at the church that Friday. Both R and I said we weren't sure that it was a good idea to go out that night. It was snowing. I do not like driving in the snow! The weather man said 1-3 inches so I figured I was okay. Well I was a block away from the church and tried to make the turn to go into the neighborhood. Well, I hit a patch of ice or something and the car slid and slammed into a curb by the stop sign. I succeeded in ruining the suspension on the drivers side. I was lucky I was able to move it to the curb out of the way of traffic. So a week later and $950 poorer, we got the car back on Friday. Bye bye tax return!

I learned a very valuable lesson from this. Listen to the spirit. I believe both R and I were told it would not be a good idea for me to leave in the snow. Well...

I was looking for the camera this week to download the pictures from the last 2 months. I forgot that R had it in his church bag. Well, now that I know where it is I will work on posting something a little more fun and exciting.
