Do you workout?

Share with us your routine. What are your "must have" workout favorites?
I wish that was me in the picture. Maybe some day I will be that flexible! For me Yoga and walking are the two things I like to do and know are effective for me. It is just a matter of doing them. It is A LOT harder once you have children. Some days I feel I have gotten more than enough exercise from running around and doing chores. I do plan on working out more, but when is the hard decision for me.

I agree that finding a time to exercise is the hardest. When Clark is home, I don't want to go out and exercise because I want to be with him... When he isn't home it is hard because of the children. We have had lots of fun going on bike rides on Saturday mornings. That is about all I do during the week.
it is SO hard to find time with kids! i try and run in the mornings before everyone is awake. it's tough b/c i am NOT a morning person. i'd like to learn yoga, but i'm kinda' chicken about trying it.
